‘Chinese restaurants in Australia documented for posterity by historians’

Former PhD student Barbara Nichol (2012, ‘The breath of the wok: Melbourne’s early Chinese restaurants. Community, culture & entrepreneurialism in the city, late 19th C to 1950s’) recently spoke on her work at the National Library in Canberra, and was cited in an ABC news feature.
