Victorian Community History Awards 2017

Very excited that our Everyday War feature of eMelbourne received a commendation in today’s award ceremony at the Victorian Arts Centre. Particular congratulations to Nicole Davis and Nick Coyne for their work on this project. The ‘Centenary of WW1 Award’ category recognises the best work or project on the impact of WW1 on Victoria or Victorians. Congratulations too to our former Honours student Lucy Bracey (2008) for being shortlisted with Fiona Poulton for their book A Journey of Hope and Resilience: Safeguarding Children for 120 Years (Children’s Protection Society, Melbourne, 2016) in the History Publication Award category.
